BIONEER Fully Automated POCT qPCR System

IRON-qPCR™ is a POCT qPCR device for in vitro diagnostics. It combines a unique format Prep module, sonicator, thermal block and innovative fluorescence detector. After sample injection, if only the kit is installed on the instrument and the program is run, the amount of fluorescence is automatically measured through a fluorescence detector after DNA or RNA extraction. The Prep module extracts DNA or RNA from each solution in the cartridge through the optimal movement path, and at this time, it uses an ultrasonic vibrator to help extract it quickly. The detector monitors in real time the fluorescence emitted as an indicator for the amplified nucleic acid product during each PCR cycle. It can be used for qualitative or quantitative analysis of specific DNA/RNA in a sample. This instrument was developed for users who have experience or have basic knowledge to use real time PCR instrument.
